Chute sorting machine for industrial parts
The sorting machine is composed of a vision system able to check the dimensions and aspect of your industrial parts. This automatic sorting machine is equipped with 4 cameras which are positioned in side view, underneath, in the axis and at 45°.
This part sorting machine can be equipped with an Eddy current system which controls the hardness of your parts compared to a given standard.
At the exit of the feeder, the parts slide successively into the chute and are checked by one or more cameras before being ejected according to their conformity.
Specifics of the A200 model:

- The machine with chute can feed the parts which cannot be placed flat, or suspended by a head (axis or connector type
- Accuracy up to 0.5µm in dimensional control

- Presence absence (holes, swarf, chamfers…)
