Your role is to ensure the proper control from a production and quality point of view of industrial vision sorting machines.

As such, your main duties will be:

• Adjusting the mechanical feed of parts by vibrating bowl or robot
• Adjusting the vision for dimensional controls, and aspect for the series starts
• Carrying out calibration and testing of non-conforming parts to validate the correct setting of the machine
• Analysing machine performance and quality indicators
• Emptying + cleaning the station after sorting
• Packaging the parts

Training: Having completed a baccalaureate or professional baccalaureate (or A-levels), you wish to continue your block release in BTS/HND

• Education to baccalaureate/A-levels
• Knowledge of metrology
• Knowledge of plan reading
