Position on offer:
TQS is looking for a setter on vision sorting machines.
2×8 team schedule
Remit:
Your role is to ensure the proper control from a production and quality point of view of industrial vision sorting machines.
As such, you are in charge of the following missions:
- Adjusting the mechanical feed of parts by vibrating bowl or robot
- Adjusting the vision for dimensional controls, and aspect for the series starts
- Carrying out calibration and testing of non-conforming parts to validate the correct setting of the machine
- Analysing machine performance and quality indicators
- Emptying + cleaning the station after sorting
- Packaging the parts
Profile:
- Education to baccalaureate/A-levels
- Knowledge of metrology
- Knowledge of plan reading
